Terms and Conditions...

Raymond’s Express Travel Services acts solely on behalf of it’s ("Clients") to arrange transportation, lodging, entertainment, catering, events, banquet facilities, activities, photographers, video graphics, and other specified services required by you the client.

Between you our ("Client") ____________________________________________

whose address is ___________________________________________________ according to your travel request.

Either party may cancel this agreement on thirty (30) day's notice to the other party in writing, by certified mail subject to any fees or penalties.

Raymond’s Express Travel Services is not responsible and has no control over weather conditions, acts of war, terrorist, or acts of nature. We reserve the right to withdraw tour features: insured, underinsured, or not insured by you the "client" or us the "agent" for your safety. The lack of your groups participation in any particular prearranged feature will result in an immediate cancellation of said feature. Most amusement theme parks are operational in the rain.

Raymond’s Express Travel Services is not responsible for typographic errors on the part of another company. If you select a catalog rate and it is published incorrectly, we are not responsible for the catalog error. You will pay the corrected rate and any fuel increases on behalf of the Transportation Company. Rates are subject to change.

Raymond’s Express Travel Services is not responsible for any minors, damages, or losses. We recommend that you complete the needed claim forms at the airport, hotel, or cruise line and so forth. For example, if you lost your luggage; there are lost baggage claim forms at the airport. If you have a problem with housekeeping please make it known to the hotel, while you are there. If you lose your bag at an amusement park contact lost and found at the park. Confidentiality is required with this agreement.

Raymond’s Express Travel Services is not responsible for delays, accidents, or injuries due to any act or default on the part of another company, hotel, or transportation service.

Raymond’s Express Travel Services has no control over any US highway, side street, or expressway. Your transportation was reserved in advance with your timely payment. In case of an accident on a vehicle you are traveling on you (client) need to obtain insurance information from the transportation service at the site and a police report number from the officer. We have no control over any transportation service, their drivers, or insurance carrier.

Raymond’s Express Travel Services will quote you our (client) a rate based upon your individual request. If you the (client), request a one star package with the most reasonable means of transportation then your rate will be as such. Please do not misrepresent Raymond’s Express Travel Services to your guest. You the (client), get what you the client request to pay for. If your package includes an economy car then please don’t get angry with us when you see others driving off the lot with luxury cars. You (client) knew your package came with an economy vehicle.

Raymond’s Express Travel Services will suggest a payment schedule for you our (client). Your payment schedule will be indicated on your advertisement, flyer or letter. We suggest that you follow the scheduled payments and suggest that those traveling with you do the same. Rates are subject to change.

(Client) "Group Organizers"

Raymond’s Express Travel Services expects to receive your (client) payment to us within seven days of this signed contract. In addition, (client) "Group Organizers" shall devote an amount of quality time to ensure the success of this project. (Client) "Group Organizers" should mail out flyers, make follow up telephone calls, have meeting and keep good financial records with documents provided. A group consists of a specified amount of travelers.

Confidential Information.

Raymond’s Express Travel Services reserves the right to furnish any Government agency with pertinent information involved in any felony cases. Under normal cases we the agent will keep any information received by the "client" as confidential information. In accordance with this contract, which concerns the personal, financial or other affairs of the "client" will be treated in full confidence and will not be revealed to any other persons, firms or organizations unless a felony has been committed.

Cancellations.

Raymond’s Express Travel Services will accept all cancellations in writing. If you do not accept the insurance at the time of this booking we recommend that you locate a responsible replacement. You then should enter an agreement with the replacement for  repayment to you (client). Uninsured clients should realize that the closer it gets to the departure the higher the cancellation fees will go: within 60 days; within 45 days, within 30 days, within 14 days of departure. We have no control over preexisting medical conditions.

If you (client) do accept the additional insurance please know that you will receive a percentage of your money back with most insurance carriers. Cancellation fees will apply for the services that have been rendered.

Raymond’s Express Travel Services understands that illness, hospitalization, surgery and death, may occur. You (client) need to understand that our services were rendered to you (client) to insure the reservations. Raymond’s Express Representatives invested time with the handling of your reservations. Many other entities transportation, lodging, and other specified services required by you the (client)  that may require a fee for the loss of business due to your emergency as well.

Arbitration. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance of the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) shall be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. This contract may seem like common sense to you. It is based on our experiences with knowledgeable adults. For that purpose, the parties hereto consent to the jurisdiction and venue of an appropriate court located in County, State of Pennsylvania in the event that litigation results from or arises out of this Agreement or the performance thereof, the parties agree to reimburse the prevailing party's reasonable attorney's fees, court cost, and all other expenses, whether or not taxable by the court as costs, in addition to any other relief to which the prevailing party may be entitled. In such event, no action shall be entertained by said court or any court of competent jurisdiction if filed more than one year subsequent to the date the cause(s) of action actually accrued regardless of whether damages were otherwise as of said time calculable.

In conclusion, our business is Licensed and zoned by the City of Philadelphia  issued 5/21/1986. The State of Pennsylvania as Corporation issued 5/12/1986®. Our Federal Identification Number issued 7/20/1987 for
